Burlesque is a way for me to become more comfortable with my body. I personally gained a lot of self confidence. I stopped feeling bad about parts of my body that I didn't think were perfect and I'm embracing those parts of myself now. When I get on stage, I don't care what I look like, I'm having fun and the audience reacts and it's really exciting.

Burlesque is really all about pageantry and performance and theatrics.

Burlesque is definitely eccentric and beautiful. You're showing off your body, you're teasing the audience. I'd say it's definitely a pretty unique form of expression.

The night of the show when there's a packed house and people are screaming and everybody's really excited and everyone comes up afterwards and says how much fun they have.... Its really uplifting it really boosts self confidence to have women come up and say they wanna do what you're doing.

Ya know, I've really become good friends with these ladies and it makes it all worth it.
